When after install complete you log into Origin (takes 10 seconds to see the login window), in the settings turn off “in-game origin” (app settings –> more –> in-game origin) before launching a game. After the login window appears (also takes about 10 seconds to appear) close it so install can finish properly. As a continuation of the Origin Client series we have today the game Need for Speed Hot Pursuit back in Porting Kit! Yeah, good news for the Need for Speed fans ) Tested it on my Macbook pro 2019 and it runs quite nice.
